Gli Ulivi di Montalbano offers 6 flats in total, three one-room studios and three two-room flats (bedroom and living room/kitchen). The agritourism can accommodate up to 20 people.
One-room studios
The studios are small open spaces with a living room / kitchen that can easily be turned into a bedroom. They have air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi and everything you need to be independent on your holiday fridge, cookers, cookware, etc.). All bathrooms have a shower and toilets.
The studios are detached from the main building and therefore enjoy particular calm and peace. There is also an area equipped with tables, chairs and beach umbrella so that you can relax outdoor.
The swimming pool is just few meters away with a terrace where you can sunbathe on comfortable beach chairs and beds.
Two-room flats
The two-room flats have an open space living room/ kitchen and a double bedroom. They have air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi and everything you need to be independent on your holiday fridge, cookers, cookware, etc.). All bathrooms have a shower and toilets.
These small apartments, given the size and the way they are furnished, are ideal for longer stays for couples. Relax and calm are a guaranteed.
The two-room flats are in the main building, they have a big balcony with tables and beach umbrellas. From the balcony you can appreciate the amazing view on the Apuan Alps and on La Spezia. You will be able to enjoy the mite microclimate even on hotter days in August.
All the two-room flats also have a sofa bed for one or two people. Upon request, it is possible to add another bed for children up to 3/4 years
